In an innovative collaboration, Essex based power equipment specialists, W.Robinson and Sons are combining their considerable marketing skills and after sales expertise with cost-effective Chinese production methods and quality petrol engines.

Quad All-Terrain Vehicles
As a result of this co-operation, one of the first products now available in the UK is a range of quality-built Quad All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV).

Cost-effective, reliable personal transport
Designed for leisure and professional use, Robinsons are marketing the Loncin range of Quad ATV’s for road-legal and off-road use. These Quads start with a compact 49cc engine and finish with a powerful 250cc. 109cc and 193cc models complete the range. They are available in a variety of colours and styles – making them perfect for cost-effective, reliable personal transport in agricultural and wooded areas where it is not efficient to employ a tractor.

Dual voltage generators
Another product delivered through this co-operation, is a range of petrol dual voltage generators from 2.2 to 6.0kW together with a range of competitively priced engine driven water pumps - all manufactured in Loncin’s Chongging factory. These generators will feature side-mounted industrial sockets and overload protection switches situated within the generator frame. The Loncin/Robinson partnership has chosen European made MeccAlte alternators for the new generators and either Japanese or European manufactured mechanics for their pump range.

Full range of Loncin engines
Robinsons have a full range of Loncin engines available directly from stock. They include 5.5 to 13hp units available with parallel and taper shaft connections. All these engines are designed for industrial applications and have low-oil alert engine protection fitted as standard.

LPG conversion kits
Loncin engines are suitable for powering generators, grass cutters, water pumps, landscape and gardening machinery, together with leisure applications - including go-carts etc. LPG conversion kits are available for quick and easy modification to convert the engine to run from propane gas.

Competitively priced engines
A whole range of construction and agricultural machinery manufacturers together with many diverse suppliers are choosing Loncin engines as replacements for old or unserviceable existing engines. These very competitively priced engines are CE marked and comply with current EC legislation for emissions.

Full twelve-month warranty
All Loncin products carry a full twelve-month warranty and all critical spare parts are available from stock. Robinsons also offers workshop facilities for repairs and servicing.

Immediate delivery
The family owned and managed company, W Robinson and Sons, have been supplying engines, pumps and other power equipment since 1926. They currently occupy a 140,000 sq.ft. site just inside the M25. Most of their equipment is available from stock for immediate delivery.

Manufactured in accordance with EC regulations
Chinese manufacturing giant, Loncin, have been producing power equipment since 1993. Their main lines are motorcycles, ATV’s, petrol engines and fully assembled petrol generators. All equipment destined for the UK is manufactured in accordance with EC regulations for emissions and noise. The Loncin Group have enjoyed 10 years of continuous growth and currently feature in the top 500 Chinese enterprises – they employ over 10,000 individuals and have over 30 subsidiaries.
